Continuing the work of Political and Social Observatory 2009-2010, April 2 Thursday will be attended by Dr. John Ackerman, a researcher at the Institute for Legal Research and expert on election who will talk to us about the role of IFE and COFIPE in the regulation of media in electoral processes.
